1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any Access Bars® session you book with mohe. By accessing this website or booking a session, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and cancellation

Sessions are booked via WhatsApp at +230 5934 4346. Please share your name, preferred date and time, and anything the practitioner should know before your session.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted without charge. Later cancellations or missed appointments may be treated as a booked session.

3. Practitioner’s rights

The practitioner reserves the right to decline a session where it would not be appropriate, and all sessions are subject to availability.

4. Client responsibilities

Please let the practitioner know about any medical conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker use or recent head or neck injuries before booking. Please arrive on time and mention any discomfort during the session.

5. Disclaimer

Access Bars® is a complementary wellness practice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Experiences are individual and not guaranteed, and this practice is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

6. Limitation of liability

The practitioner is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. By booking a session you agree to inform the practitioner of any relevant conditions in advance.

7. Website hosting and development

This website is developed, hosted and maintained by Visrah Ltd (https://visrah.mu) on behalf of mohe. Visrah Ltd provides the hosting, infrastructure and technical support for this website, and the website data is stored on hosting infrastructure operated by Visrah Ltd.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate, secure and available, Visrah Ltd does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and is not liable for any loss arising from its use or temporary unavailability.

Session fees, bookings and refunds are handled directly between you and the practitioner's practice. Visrah Ltd is not a party to any session booked through this website and is not responsible for the wellness services described on it.

8. Intellectual property

The mohe name, logo, written content, photography and design of this website may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission, except where a licence or legal exception applies. Access Bars® is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown above reflects the current version, and continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute shall first be addressed through mediation or, if necessary, through the courts of Mauritius.
