Gentle touch.
Access Bars® is a gentle, non-invasive practice in which specific points on the head are lightly touched while you lie back and relax.
There is nothing to perform, explain or get right. Many people choose it as a calm space to pause from a full mind, a full schedule, or simply the feeling of always being “on”.

A practice shaped around listening.
Hi, I’m Mohinee.
I’m a lecturer, and I’ve always been curious about people, the way we think, the way we experience life, and how our perspective can shape the way we feel and move through it.
That curiosity is what led me to Access Bars®.
What I liked about Access Bars was the simplicity of it. It gives you a chance to slow down, receive, and look at things from a different perspective without feeling like you need to have everything figured out.
As a lecturer, I’ve spent a big part of my life helping people learn and grow. Access Bars felt like another way of doing that, but in a much quieter way.
During a session, I’m not there to tell you what you should change or what you should do with your life. I simply create a comfortable space where you can relax, switch off for a while, and experience the session in your own way.
I believe we all experience life differently, and there isn’t one right way of doing things.
If you’re curious about Access Bars, want some time to relax, or simply feel like trying something different, you’re welcome.
Sometimes, being open to something new is enough to see what else might be possible.
